These terms govern the use of the florist website and ordering platform (the "Platform") operated by REVWISE, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Platform, as a florist or as a shopper on a florist's website, you agree to them.

The Platform

The Platform gives independent florists a website, online ordering and a back office for their orders. Each florist runs their own business on it: they set their products, prices and delivery areas, and they make and deliver the flowers.

For shoppers

• When you place an order on a florist's website, your purchase is from that florist. The florist is responsible for the order, its delivery, substitutions, refunds and their own shop policies.
• Payment is processed by Stripe on the florist's own account.
• Please give accurate contact, recipient and delivery details. A florist can't be responsible for a delivery that fails because of incorrect details.

For florists

• You are responsible for your shop's content, products, prices, policies and orders, and for following the laws that apply to your business.
• Your payments go through your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms.
• Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• You may only send customers text messages they have agreed to, as described under Text message terms.

Text message terms

A shopper can choose at checkout to get text messages about their order from the florist they ordered from, sent through the Platform.

• What you'll get: messages about your order, such as an order confirmation and delivery updates.
• Message frequency varies with your order.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and no more after that.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email sam@getrevwise.com.
• Opting in is not required to place an order.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Platform to break the law, send unwanted messages, upload content you don't have the right to use, interfere with the Platform's operation, or try to reach another florist's data.

Content and intellectual property

Florists keep the rights to the content they put on their website and give us permission to host and display it to run the Platform. The Platform itself, its software and design, belong to REVWISE, LLC.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, REVWISE, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the use of the Platform. A shopper's order is with the florist, and claims about an order are with the florist.

Ending use

A florist may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling the florist why where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which REVWISE, LLC is organized.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above, and tell florists by email about significant changes.
